Sauces
Best Garlic Butter in the World
Undoubtedly, this garlic butter stands out as the finest in the world. How do I know? Well, my friend, who served as a personal chef for Michael Caine and clinched the title of the world’s best garlic butter in France a few years back, took a couple of years before finally revealing this remarkable recipe to me. So, give it a try!
4 table spoons of fresh crushed garlic (very fine)
2 Table spoon of lemon juice
1 Table spoon of Aromat
1 Egg
(Alternatively, you can enhance it by incorporating parsley.)
In a container mix all together – This technique is highly effective for oven-baked fish, garlic bread, and more. The egg acts as a seal, trapping the flavors within the baked fish, ultimately yielding the finest oven-baked fish you’ll ever experience.
Famous Pink Sauce
This sauce is so easy to make, taste better than traditional pink sauce and very affordable. It can be used on salads, burgers, fish and chips. (And Yes, this is exactly what you think it is!)
1 Tin Condenced Milk
1 Tin Mayonaise
3/4 Table Spoons of Fanta Orange
Mix togheter and make sure to add one table spoon Fanta at a time (You don’t want it to taste to sweet)
Best Hot Sauce
Once again we have a famous Hot sauce (and I mean Hot!)
Two handsful red and green chillies
1 table spoon of paprika
2 table spoons of cayenne pepper
1 table spoon of salt
2 table spoons of garlic powder
2 table spoons of lemon juice
2 table spoons of apple vinegar
16 table spoons of olive oil
Blend all together and start using. This is the best chillie sauce you will ever make. If you don’t want it to be extra hot you can reduce the amount of chillies and add another table spoon of lemon juice.

This delicious recipe we make at least twice a month. It goes well with braai or Sunday lunch. (Winter or Summer)

1 Teaspoon salt
1 Egg
Mash the pumkin in bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and fry in a pan with oil (the pan should have about 1cm of oil in it.
